I am writing as a concerned constituent urging you to be bold and aggressive in your fight against the dangerous forces threatening our democracy. We need leaders who are willing to take a hard stance against Donald Trump, Elon Musk, and the MAGA movement—not just by words, but through decisive action. There is growing frustration among voters who feel that Democrats are not doing enough to confront these threats and I wholeheartedly agree. It's time for you and your colleagues to grow a spine, fight back ruthlessly, and use every tool at your disposal to block their agenda. The stakes are too high, and we can no longer afford to take a passive approach. The democratic response to the state of the union was pathetic and toothless. I ask you to lead with courage, resist the forces undermining our democracy, and put the country before party or political calculation. You are the opposition party, start acting like it. We need more than sound bites and feel good displays of dissent lacking any real substance. Our future depends on it. If you do not step up, in the next election cycle I will personally donate to and primary for candidates who are willing to do the work and respond to fascism with more than flaccid platitudes. Do your job.
