I cannot believe I have to write, but ICE operating at the University of MN and disappearing legal residents is the scariest thing to happen since the George Floyd riots. You MUST fight back, or there will be no safety for your constituents. Once you establish that disappearing non-citizens is acceptable, all ICE must do is declare me not a citizen, and deport me. I am a citizen, but without DUE PROCESS there is no may to make that assertion. I thought Minnesota was safe. This makes me rethink my position. Please be aware I am monitoring the situation, and will vote against any representatives or government officials that stood by and allowed this to happen. God save us all.
