I do not know why I have to explain this to people who should have fixed these issues decades ago.
It is obvious that this is not anything resembling a democratic system.

For a short time Biden had this same Supreme Court who somehow ruled that a president is in essence above the law, and he, and you, did nothing to stall what we all knew was coming; straight up fascism.
