We cannot allow Rumeysa Ozturk to be picked up on the street and jailed for peacefully expressing an opinion. In a democracy, people are allowed to peacefully express political opinions without being disappeared. This is a critical tipping point where we will either go down the road to fascism or stand strong in support of our democracy. Rumeysa Ozturk needs our support, and beyond that so does the freedom of speech. Please demand her release and protect the freedoms of speech and expression in our country.
