To say as an American citizen of the great state of Texas that I am outraged and request immediate redress of what most Americans including myself as a Direct assault to our Constitution. When the Speaker of the House of Representatives openly calls for “removal” of Judiciary - Federal Circuit Court Judges - based upon legally founded constitutional bearing laws ( judiciary area of government ) that temporarily stop or stop actions by another individual or entity - legislative or executive - and solely because Mr Johnson - a Republican and apparently all Republicans don’t like the courts rulings - not to their liking. So they are attacking the judiciary. This is Unacceptable! This is a total disregard to our rule of law. To our American Constitutional way structure of 3 separate - equally charged in area authorities to government within the areas laid out within our constitution. To have Speaker Johnson and any supporters of such utter contempt is to fully officially set us all in a constitutional crisis. 1). First step has been seen in Congress abdicating their legislative authority “allowing” with NO questions, push back or oversight when the Executive branch ( newly sworn president trump) created a new government department ( DOGE) this authority is given under article I of Constitution to the legislative branch only. This is therefore constitutionally illegal and overreach 2) Executive branch disregarding courts orders or providing incomplete or false info - as to who was in charge of DOGE clear contempt of judiciary 3) Now Speaker is openly attacking and attempting to block and remove Federal Judges and change or eradicate judiciary This is blatant abuse and unacceptable attack on our way of government. We will not stand for this disregard to our way of life To my Texas elected officials , I expect you to uphold your oath to protect our constitution and respect all of your constituents redress. Someone has to step up to keep our democracy going in its blessed constitutional way. This is NOT a political debate between liberals vs conservatives or republicans vs dems it is seen as an all out attack against dismantling our constitution separation of powers in three (3) separate bodies of authority Everyone swore oath to do this and must. A particular thank you given to Senator Cornyn for stepping up to respond to my prior redress questions - although we many times disagree on policy issues-You have clearly understood your job. Thank you for this. Now comes the difficult part - Step up and stop this nonsense - otherwise American citizens will begin to mass protest in various peaceful but loudly vocal and disruptive ways. We will be left with no choice. Please stop this now
