John and Leanne - and Gov. Shapiro, Hope you’re all doing well! I wanted to reach out to thank you again for your support during my 2023 Penn-Delco school board campaign—it really meant a lot to me. I’m reaching out now because I wanted to share how important it is to me, both as a special education teacher and as an aunt to a trans niece and non-binary nibbling, that we continue to stand up for LGBTQ+ rights and protections. The way things are going, it feels more important than ever to make sure our communities are safe and welcoming for everyone.
