Tariffs are taxes. This is ridiculous and painful for your constituents that are already suffering from low wages, layoffs, and price increases. Tariffs will compound this pain tenfold. Economic instability doesn't bode well. You can choose if your party is going to walk us into a recession. Unchecked, these tariffs will do just that.
