We need you to fight harder. We need you out there fighting in public. Speak to the people, not just of your district, but across the country, just like the Republicans have been doing since 2008. Own the airwaves. Tell the people about the dangers of the Trump Administration every day. Don’t equivocate, be brutal and honest. Call out the lies. Call out the misinformation and deceit. Win the messaging war. And in Washington, fight harder! This administration is trying to dismantle our entire government. I know you don’t have the majority, but bright did Mitch McConnell and get he was successfully able to shut down much of Democrats’ agenda. Play like he did. Norms mean nothing if there’s nothing to enforce them. Don’t pretend the Republicans will eventually do the right thing. They won’t, they don’t care about hypocrisy or norms or even the rule of law if it stops or slows their agenda, so why play by those same rules? Fight like Republicans, but with honesty and a conscience. The people wanted change, that’s why we lost in ‘24. Now show them that the Democrats are the party of change - the change they actually want.
