The infiltration of DOGE operatives into key government agencies like the Social Security Administration is deeply concerning and a threat to civil liberties. The court order prohibiting DOGE access to sensitive personal data was clearly justified to protect millions of Americans' private information. However, the SSA's appointment of Scott Coulter, a known DOGE member, as Chief Information Officer appears to be an attempt to circumvent this order and continue allowing DOGE access under a different guise. This maneuver undermines the rule of law and the separation of powers fundamental to our democracy. I urge you to take decisive action to remove all DOGE affiliates from positions where they can access Americans' personal data without proper oversight. Protecting citizens' privacy from unauthorized government surveillance must be an utmost priority. The SSA's defiance of the court order is unacceptable and enables the continued erosion of civil liberties by this administration. Please use your authority to fully enforce the DOGE restriction and preserve the integrity of government institutions answerable to the judiciary.
