Dear Governor Hochul,  Thank you for increasing funding for reproductive health care in the proposed budget. I was  disappointed that removing mandatory abortion reporting was not included (S.3173/A.4023).  Please support this important privacy measure in the final budget. We must ensure that  reproductive health care is accessible and private, not just legal!
