I’m a constituent from Saint Paul. I’m writing to demand that Representative Betty McCollum oppose H.R. 1526, the No Rogue Rulings Act, and any other attempt to rewrite the federal court system. Impeaching judges and changing their constitutional authority just because Trump doesn’t like their rulings is grossly authoritarian and must be stopped. Right now, this is our greatest asset to slow the dissolution of democracy and presence of fascism, and without it, we will lose our power to protect our rights!
