Why is an unelected billionaire, largest donor to Trump’s reelection, employee (or something) of the federal government, recipient of a massive amount of federal monies, now donating money to any Congress member who is supporting the impeachment of judges who make rulings he does not agree with?
He is using his giant platform of X to rabble-rouse elements of the country to this agenda as well. Instilling anger and potential violence towards judges he doxxes. And criticizing Chief Justice Roberts for having the temerity to remind him and others of what the rule of law looks like in this country.
This week Musk donated the legal maximum of $6,600 to the campaigns of Reps. Gill, Elijah Crane (Arizona), Lauren Boebert (Colorado), Andrew Ogles (Tennessee), Andrew Clyde (Georgia) and Derrick Van Orden (Wisconsin), as well as Sen. Chuck Grassley of Iowa.
And he’s focusing on judges all over the country. High and low.
Why are you seemingly unconcerned about this inappropriate behavior by someone working for our government? If he was not so intimately involved with every mechanism of government, if he was not such a surrogate for the President, if he wasn’t trying to gain control of every lever of power in the government, if he was just a rich private citizen, these actions would just be normal politics.
But this is not normal politics. This is trying to buy the judiciary. And the judiciary, at this moment, is the only thing standing between an administration trying to tear it all down regardless of the law and the death of our Constitution.
This has got to stop. These daily assaults on any and every level of our lives is destabilizing our country and our people.
