Stop dividing us.

First, I want to sincerely thank you for showing up for your constituents at Friday’s Town Hall. That certainly was the right thing to do, amid a party that is recently anti-democratic.
However, as an independent who would prefer to stay out of politics, I was very disappointed on your claim the the attendees were “far left.” Stop feeding this division and defending those who are obviously weakening our government and credibility.
Although the aggressive approach used by those in attendance is not one I would use myself, I need to be clear on one thing: the content of the questions was quite moderate and reasonable. It’s clear that current actions, including tariffs you attempted to defend are damaging our previously strong stock market and strong overall economy. More importantly the administration, is isolating the US and making us less safe on many ways and is not even acting in the best interested of our country. One obvious incident was in the very serious security incident last week due to use of an insecure and untraceable platform for planning military action. This is more than a need to “do better.” It’s gross negligence and ineptitude, at best. At worst, it’s an intentional attempt to illegally avoid a record of such communications.
I know that you are aware of this. Please do your job, and stand up for the United States.
