Connecticut must stand strong against tyranny. Trump threatened to withhold funding from our fellow New England state, Maine. New England must stand together and denounce this bullying. We must also prepare to pick up the slack created by potential federal shutdowns. New England should establish our own institute of health and CDC, a joint state effort.
