I am once again writing to beg you to show compassion to the Palestinian people. The ceasefire has not put an end to their massacre by the Israeli government, and the United States is complicit. So many people, so many children, have died over this past year. I am begging you to condemn Israel's actions and to use your position in the US government to put as much pressure as possible on Israel to stop these attacks. Public opinion within the US is shifting, but even if it were not, it is wrong and cruel to continue to supply weapons and support to what can only be described as a genocide.
