The FL House Budget Committee has advanced HB5101 with a 22-6 vote. If enacted, this legislation would alter funding for accelerated learning programs starting July 1, 2025. This will 100%, no question, cut funding in our schools for AP, AICE, DE, CTE, IB programs. It will impact every single one of our public school students. Why are you implementing this? Stop taking our money from the schools.
