Care for and protect our libraries.

Happy Friday. The moral mission of government is to protect and expand the rights and freedoms of its citizens. That takes a serious commitment to govern with empathy for and responsibility to all Ohio citizens.
It is difficult to imagine how the State House’s proposed theft of public funds set aside for our public libraries aligns with this moral mission. Such a theft from our Commonwealth would enrich the few over the many. Wouldn’t it be better to step away from betraying the public trust and stand up for the institutions that make the communities in your district worth living in and attractive to growth?
Empathy is the soul of all the communities and ethical businesses in your district. We need strong representatives to protect and defend the strong, diverse communities of nurturing families that care for each other’s rights and freedoms. You have a moral duty to care for us. Expanding library funding with demonstrate that care.
