I am writing to you to ask that you please protect the funding for libraries. Libraries are incredibly important resources for communities across the country. They not only give access to books but they also are a resource for people who are attempting to get jobs, to meet up to work on a project and offer community classes and education on various subjects. For some Americans the library is the only safe place they can go in their community after school. We cannot lose our libraries.
