Take a Page from the Senator’s Book(er)

Please speak out, take bold action, and show the country that our party is ready to defend democracy.
Senator Cory Booker’s 25-hour control of the Senate floor was a striking display of bold, relentless leadership — urgent, courageous, and grounded in moral clarity. That’s the kind of energy we need from every Democratic senator.
You’ve already stepped into the spotlight in important ways — including your response to the State of the Union — and I appreciate that. But this moment calls for even more. Quiet strategy is being mistaken for indifference. We need visible, vocal leadership rooted in principle — the kind we saw in Senator Booker’s stand.
You bring national security expertise and fresh energy to the Senate. That matters — especially now. As a mom of three, I care deeply about the future we’re leaving for the next generation. I’ve voted Democrat since I was old enough to vote, and I want our party to rise to meet this moment.
That means calling out extremism, pushing for reforms, and supporting new leadership if Senator Schumer can’t meet the urgency this moment demands.
I’ll be watching closely and hoping to be inspired by your next move. We need you.
