I am a constituent and am writing today because I just heard that HR 471 which is the Fix Our Forests Act is coming up for consideration. You need to OPPOSE this act. It will put our forests and wildlife in jeopardy by allowing private interests to actually deforest and this is NOT the solution to halting climate change and stopping wildfires. More chainsaws and bulldozers means less trees which means increased temperatures and increased pollution. Stop the administration to taking a literal hatchet to this problem!
