I currently have Stage 4 metastatic breast cancer and depend on new discoveries in order to continue living. I am also a breast cancer advocate with the National Breast Cancer Coalition and a constituent. I urge you to pass a Defense Appropriations Bill before the March 14 funding deadline.   Subjecting defense appropriations to yet another temporary funding bill will undo decades of progress from the landmark DOD Breast Cancer Research Program, a vital program that enjoys overwhelming bipartisan support.    Please pass the Defense Appropriations Bill without delay!
