This is to state my vehement opposition to the US deal being drafted with Ukraine in secret. Requiring Ukraine to repay double (or more) the amount US already gave them in aid is extortion, because the previous "aid" was not a loan. USA has received aid many times before and was NOT forced to pay it back. Further requirements that Ukraine repay royalties to USA "into the future " with no ending date, are a blatant aspect of this extortion, as is the 5 member group that would be mandated to make all decisions of Ukrainian mineral extraction and development. Having 3 out of those 5 members be Americans appointed by US government with their having complete veto power will constitute shackling Ukraine's future economic development forever. Extortion. Shame. Do not let this happen. This is not America. It is completely unjust and horrible.
