Thank you for writing a letter to President Trump explaining that, per the constitution, he does not have the right to withhold funds allocated by Congress. It is very important that Republicans stand up for the rule of law, which Trump is very comfortable breaking. I hope you will take the administration to court when it does not respond favorably to your letter, and request the House to start impeachment hearings. Again, thank you for your courage at this perilous time for US democracy.
