to champion bold policies and ensure it remains a trusted *public* I’m writing to express my deep support for the Usps and to urge you institution in American life. Usps is a constitutional mandate, something I didn't know before they were put on the chopping block. They're also a popular voting lifeline, especially for rural and underserved communities, and are reliable in an increasingly unstable world (including delivery thru snow and record-breaking heat!). Rather than privatizing and loosing those great local union jobs - expand it! Add banking, hunting and fishing licenses, library vans in rural areas, pub lic wifi and other sorely needed public services. We need usps for voting but also so many other things - sending letters to my niece across the country and postcards to friends. Please also fund them to replace those old vans - I heard they catch on fire! making companies do, and keeping that pipeline open for immigrants, Black and Brown communities and poor people into a middle-class lifestyle and predict This is not just about saving 'usps', its about saving those local union jobs, protecting workers from insane automated monitoring like competing profit-
