I’m writing as a concerned Texan and customer of RESTART, a local, family-run hemp business based in Austin. I’m urging you to vote NO on Senate Bill 3 (SB3). This bill would ban popular, legal, and lab-tested hemp-derived products like Delta-8 and Delta-9 THC — products I personally rely on for [INSERT PERSONAL REASON – e.g., sleep, anxiety, pain relief, etc.]. SB3 not only harms consumers, it threatens thousands of jobs, small businesses, and entrepreneurs who are operating responsibly under current Texas law. Please stand up for consumer access, small business rights, and a safe, regulated hemp market in Texas.
