Vote no on the "No Rogue Rulings Act"

To: Sen. Scott, Rep. Diaz-Balart, Sen. Moody

From: A constituent in Miami, FL

March 26

Vote no on the "No Rogue Rulings Act" Vote against the "No Rogue Rulings Act," which would seek to bar district court judges from issuing nationwide injunctions. Vote against this attempt to limit the power of the independent Judicial Branch. This is politicization of the judicial branch through attempts to limit the powers of the courts simply because one doesn't like what they say. This would do away with federal uniformity across the country and would leave us with a hodge podge of confusing applications of law. The independence and integrity of the Judicial Branch is essential to the integrity of and faith in our nation by the public. Vote no on this and any similar attempt to limit the powers of the Judicial Branch.
