It is deeply concerning to hear the President vow to "expose" and jail political opponents, which goes against democratic norms and principles. Such rhetoric undermines the rule of law and erodes public trust in institutions. A healthy democracy requires respect for the separation of powers, due process, and a commitment to resolving political differences through legal and constitutional means. Threatening to imprison one's adversaries is unacceptable in a free society. We must uphold the independence of the justice system and protect it from being weaponized for political vendettas. I urge you to unequivocally reject such authoritarian tendencies and defend the democratic pillars that have made this nation great. Healing societal divisions requires wisdom, restraint, and a steadfast adherence to the constitution - not inflammatory language that breeds further polarization. Let us work together to strengthen democratic guardrails and foster an environment of mutual respect across the political spectrum.
