4 day RTO hurts Californians at large; please support a modern workforce for CA

California's state workforce has proven its ability to be highly productive while working remotely during the pandemic. Requiring more than two days per week in the office would disrupt this successful operational model and could lead to reduced productivity, higher turnover, and difficulties in recruiting top talent. A maximum of two in-office days per week allows for collaborative in-person work while preserving the flexibility that has enabled strong performance. This balanced approach respects employee needs and safeguards the state's ability to efficiently serve its citizens. I urge you to maintain the current remote work policy limiting in-office requirements to no more than two days weekly.
