Do your job! Impoundment is illegal. Defend congressional power

Trump and Musk are dismantling essential government agencies and threatening us, our lives, health, public safety, our allies and the world order. Impounding funds appropriated by Congress violates the constitution. It was illegal last week, it is illegal today, and it will be illegal tomorrow. It's also illegal to shutter agencies that exist by congressional authority. Each day that you allow Trump to illegally usurp Congress's power of appropriations you are enabling a dictatorship. Trump has no mandate. He won with less than 50% of the vote. He has issued illegal EOs daily, broken all campaign promises, and risks destroying our democracy. I am horrified that elected members of Congress in both chambers have allowed the powers allotted to them by the constitution to be removed; I am horrified that you tolerate Trump essentially surrendering American foreign policy to our foe Vladimir Putin. I am horrified that you do not stand together against Trump's threads against your colleagues. Stop acting as if it's business as usual. Show up to a town hall. Listen to the people you serve and review your oath to the constitution. It's time to stop this descent into tyranny. Start jn the house y impeaching Vance first then Trump, then RFK jr and Vought. In the senate, no more unanimous consent. Get committee heads to use subpoenas. Make referrals to justice and law enforcement. Do your job while Congress still exists.
