Already the first infants will have been born with HIV because their mothers were denied crucial anti viral drugs at the last days of their pregnancies. Already children in camps will have died from malnutrition or diarrhea. Clinical trials for life saving treatments have been abandoned. Outbreaks of potential pandemic diseases are going unmonitored. Is this okay with you?? What about new diseases not being monitored? The next pandemic?? I am heartbroken and incensed to know that the illegal interruption of USAID by illegal domestic digital terrorists has caused deaths. If you despise human life and survival, then consider that USAID is one of the most important elements of American soft power. Even Lindsay Graham admitted this. Putin is chuckling with glee at this implosion of US global standing. Why do you want to assist Putin and drive our allies and aided nations towards China and Russia? Ending USAID gives succour to our enemies. And by the way, the problems with funds unaccounted for is vastly vastly worse with the pentagon's bloated budget. Do you remember that you and Trump swore oaths to the constitution? He is supposed to see that the laws are faithfully executed. You and he are bound by your oath to defend the constitution. Strangling congressionally allocated funding is a direct undermining of the constitution and the rule of law. You should know this. Find your human decency and your integrity and honor your oath. STOP the illegal shuttering of USAID. No more confirmation hearings. Bring charges against Trump, impeach him, refer Elon musk and his squad of domestic digital terrorists to the FBI.
